We recommend measuring just like we would in the shop! You can find a measuring guide in our product photos, but here is a detailed explanation. Start by laying a current, well fitting collar flat alongside a measuring tape.

- For quick release collars, measure from the start of the buckle on one end to where the BioThane ends on the other end. Do not include both ends of the quick release - only include one end as they overlap when buckled.

- For traditional (also known as standard or tongue buckle) collars, measure the collar from the beginning of the BioThane to the hole that fits best. Do not measure to the end of the material. Most collars are adjustable in 3" ranges with the requested size as the middle hole and holes paced 3/4" apart. This may vary depending on the exact style and requests.

- For slip collars and martingales, please measure around the neck, as well as the widest part of the head to ensure the collar slips on and off.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit - please reach out if you have any questions on sizing.

Our production time varies by product, but it is approximately 5 - 10 days for most non-printed items.

Simple items (solid color leashes/collars, reward balls, tabs, or safety backups) usually ship in 1-5 days, but may run closer to the 2 week mark occasionally.

UV Printed items have a 3-6 week estimated turnaround before shipping. These are ordered through our manufacturers in batches so they do take some extra time to arrive. Please be patient, and plan ahead for holidays/events. They are definitely worth the wait!

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges as most items are made to order with your custom colors, sizing, and hardware choices.

Before ordering, please measure carefully and reach out with any questions, or even to see color combos. We also offer sample packs with all of our solid color, regular BioThane options so you can see them in person before ordering. Many customers have found new color combos they love, but wouldn't have considered without the samples!

Absolutely. Most of our products are made to order already, but if you have something in mind that we do not have listed, feel free to reach out! BioThane is so versatile. If you can dream it, we can most likely make it happen!

Unless we are running a sale, we do not offer discounts on multiple items. Instead, we try to keep our regular prices low and always offer free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
